Sounding boards of music,
those listening attentively to a band,
as it wends it's way through pathways
of yesterday's tunes
Compiling adjuncts of history,
stretching them into opus's of learning.
Past portrayals, stringing along those
who feel their heartstrings being pulled
altogether in other directions.
