Compassion,
Is not just a word,
It should exist
In every soul
That to the human herd
Belongs,
Attacking others,
Doing harm
Is not the thing
We were,
Born for,
For Love does
In most hearts
Exist,
Therefore, compassion
With it, co-exists.
Someday,
If not destroyed, before
Maybe a light will in us
Shine, forevermore,
To teach us to respect
And love,
Forever banish,
Crime and War.
