Perceiving feelings
Too deep to see,
Expressing sadness
And melancholy,
All the things
We cannot really,
Fully express
But that make up
Our deepest,
Humanity.
Yes,
Poetry can be
The enchanted song
Of a soul alone,
Companion and friend
That integrity, does defend
And above all else,
The right to love
And to be free
Peacefully,
A welcomed friend
A loving blend
A glorious partner,
Is Poetry!
