For The Years I Have Been Given

I am grateful to God
For the years I have been given
Seventy-seven
A long time
A lifetime in human terms
No time in cosmic time
But I am not a cosmos
Gratitude to God
And to those who have been with me
In these years
A prayer for the well-being of those I love
And for help and healing
In the time ahead
