I Am Not Smart Enough

I do not understand I read and think And try to understand But there is so much beyond The ability of my mind- I am after all Simply not smart enough in many things God did not give me enough brainpower So I cannot understand what many others do Though I have tried all my life to understand I never will be able to understand Not only what is not understandable by humans at all But what other humans much smarter than me Do understand I am just not and never have been and never will be Smart enough And knowing his Is yet another reason For humility in old age.
