Nothing I write remains with me
Sadnessses come and go
As I come and go
And will go
Nothing I write remains with me
And nothing I will be will remain in my writing
The world goes on as endless changes
And will change and change and change
Until nothing and no one we know is recognizable
And I am not even a particle of dust in all this
And nothing will remain of me
Writing no writing reading no reading
Whatever
As I write this I am vanishing into what
Only God knows.
