THIS IS MY CALMING POEM
I cannot write
I cannot think
I am too mixed up
Too worried
Still
If I could somehow write down a few lines
As I am doing now
Perhaps it will calm me
Perhaps if I think only about writing one poem
I will be calmer for a time
I am trying now
This is my calming poem
Calm calm calmer
Only these words
And not the world of problems disorders worries waiting for me
The moment I leave this page
Calm calm calm
now just for now
as I am writing this.
