The Pixies Are After The Marmalade

The pixies are after the marmalade, Those little critters just won't stop. And now they've pinched the toaster, And where the hell's my new laptop! This is so staggeringly beyond belief, My things they magically spirit away. So I angrily nail the cat-flap shut, Their only entry is now sad dismay. What a real horse's arse I am, I'm truly a total fool to behold, As I gaze upon my found laptop, Which reveals a tiny pile of pixie gold. I yank the cat-flap nails out, I'm an idiot accusing them of crime. For now these little fabled creatures, I most warmly welcome at any time. Today I've learnt a valuable lesson, One to forever treasure and to keep. For when it comes to accusing others, We should always look before we leap.
