Two Classes, Rich And Poor

There use to be two classes, The abject poor and mega-rich. With saints and sinners among all, Fate now blind to which is which. Many humble and many proud, In life's little life-span. Some deaf to the pleading, Of a starving fellow man. Yes, saints and sinners among us, That is so well understood. And the good are half-bad, And the bad are half-good. Now heavy burdens all carry, Toiling down today's dark road. The two classes now as one, Helping others with their load. Two classes now morally merged, All life's troubles we now share. The two classes now forgotten, Revealing only one made to care.
