I Am

Clouds keep pouring rain- Am I Able am I Cain- A bastard's a bastard no matter his name- I lay my head upon the rock- Alone I am still part of the flock- To be loved comes as a shock- Is a man a man when he loses his nerve- What he wants may after all be what he by grace deserves- Only Love Makes things sure- Not every heart is turned to stone- Not every soul remains alone- Even bastard's come back Home- I may not yet know my name- But the sun shall return again- And, I am coming back to who I really am-
