When Tragedy Strikes

when tragedy strikes
sometimes it is worse
to be resident overseas
living in another country
far from shores of beloved
family friends relatives
yes sometimes it is worse
than being in other parts
of city or in own country
other countries are suddenly
far far away harder to get home
when tragedy signals return
