A Walk In The Morning

You must get up to see the sunrise To catch the riot of colors of the sky Your mind will feel fresh and relaxed Like a bird of wild you will like to fly You must get up to take a walk Through the fields and country side You will enjoy the bounty of nature Youthful vigor will lash you like a tide You must see the silent peaks afar Draped in snow they glow pure white Blood will run fast in you and with surly Birds you would like to take a flight You must walk along the stream to Hear its song and get lost in a dream Old age will not grip you ever as your Mind will be full of energy to the brim You must come out to take a walk To live with nature and enjoy its wealth Heart and mind will remain young forever For Him you will cherish a strong faith
