I am glad you liked it
When I said I love you
You smiled at me as
Our love was young and new
I am glad you liked it
When I caressed your hair
You dropped your eyes in
Shame at our new love affair
I am glad you liked it
When I ran my finger at
The tip of your nose and
Feeling shy you blushed as a Rose
I am glad you liked it
When I lifted your face
To put kisses on it and
To tie your wild hair in a lace
I am glad you liked it
When holding your hand
I took a vow on the altar
To become your sweet husband
