My Heart Is At Peace

My heart skips at the beauty
The valleys in the rain makes
Music is heard all round as raindrops
Fall on trees, streams, rivers and lakes
My heart jumps in elation
At the sight of birds and bees
Their wings are wet and heavy but
They flit merrily around flowers and trees
My heart is at peace as
The dawn breaks with its ray
Of golden hue and night with its stars
And the moon comes at the end of the day
My heart is full of pride
At the beauty of the land I live
Where all live in pure love and peace
And souls new and old in abundance thrive
