In the vast sea of humanity
I have lost my identity
Now seeking a shelter for
Myself to hide and sigh
Rain of tears has washed
Away my name that I have
Scribbled on the sand of time
The waves no more whisper
The flowers have forgotten
To shed colors and scents
The butterflies have closed
Their wings and stopped flitting
In the names of my
Forefathers I am looking
For a name and feel the pain
They have felt in their life time
