Far from the river
The sun begins to slip down
To touch the horizon
Like a demure sage, all alone
It sheds its last glow on
The surface of placid waters
Where upon a streak of
Light from the east begins to shiver
In a minute or may be two
The sun is going vanish for a day
As squirrels rush to
The barns to hide in stacks of hay
The cool wind will cast its
Spell across vast stretch of land
The earth will look dull
And with light the sky looks grand
