Inferior Picture
A Anjandev Roy

Altın Yaprak
See the inferior picture,
It's dull and insipid in stature,
I firmly believe
It can be superior,
But it certainly needs a great artist
Of your class and calibre,
Yes, you are the only artist
Of this world
Who can give it a glorious colour,
See the dull picture
And read its gloomy heart,
It too wants your significant touch,
As it definitely knows
If it gets your all-important flavour,
It will certainly win
With flying colours.
