A Anjandev Roy

Altın Yaprak
I met the first traveller
And asked him,
"Will you listen to my song? "
He said, "No, "
Then I met the second traveller
And asked him too,
"Will you listen to my song? "
He also answered, "No; "
Finally I met the third wayfarer
And asked him the same question,
He also answered in the same way,
Nobody listened to me,
So what?
I was not at all dejected,
I myself listened to my song
And became happy and contented.
