In this adventure,
called our life,
we climb on rocks;
the sea below rages.
The rocks hurt
our feet bleed
Waves splash high
slapping the stones
The rocky path
goes up and down
but keeps us safe
above perilous waves
Sometimes we curse,
we curse the path
but it is the path,
that makes the journey.
That wondrous journey
strengthening our feet
strengthening our heart
elevating our soul.
