Guide a piece of thread
Through the sewing needle's eye;
To repair the damaged dress
To wear beneath the wide blue sky.
The world's best billiards masters
Thread the needle when they do play;
Precisely making a good shot
Through a slim or narrow pathway.
Threading the needle of life
Is to faithfully navigate
Through the difficult discord
To reach the heaven's golden gate.
Complete the race or journey,
With firm faith, strong hope, and great love;
Overcome the trial and test
Set before us by God above.
Ask the Father for enough strength
To win the conflict or battle;
Courageously face the hard time
By bravely threading the needle.
