Could I call it love…naw it’s too early She wasn’t too girly Sweet with a nice curvy physique…not too burly Coffee with a couple creams I still envision her in my dreams And so it seems my hope is lost But I reiterate “it seems” From the first time I laid eyes…no that’s too corny I could say something about her body but I’d just seem too horny What could I say…well she’s an intellectual which is a rarity An excellent poet, performance: stellar, message produced in clarity I held her once, and even rubbed my fingers through her hair I swear when I think about her now I wish I was still there Trapped in the past never knowing what she’d say to me later I don’t think I can imagine any wish to God that is greater Than to lock me in the continuum and let me stare in her eyes Beautiful dark crystals, rubbing on my leg with her thighs It seemed perfect but I keep forgetting fantasies are mental things Nothing more than imagination, kissing while the mahogany sings Only able to give her one gift, for a minute I had control of her lips Then I let her slip away mesmerized by the swing of her hips I can’t get her out of my mind but I’m sure I’m nowhere in hers I ask you God what kind of a woman is it that I deserve Because anything other than her is less then perfection And I guess I’m not worthy of that yet, so what’s your direction What is your aim or do you somehow have a trick up your sleeve That’ll bring her back to me…I have only two options give up hope or believe And if there’s anyone that can performs miracles, I only know it to be you For creating someone as precious as her…I’m sure that’s gotta be true Could I call it love…well it’s either late or early up in the morning 5: 30 She wasn’t too girly But she secured a sweet aroma in her hair…I call her Curly
