Truth is the light in our ways,
The lamp that guides our feet.
Worth more than gold all our days,
A gem we find if we seek it.
So where in life can it be found?
Some say it is there in religion.
But in some religions Hate abounds
And the greed for Power, domination.
In my search I prayed this prayer:
'God show me Who You are, who I am.'
He said 'I am the Way, the Truth, the Life'
In Him alone, His child I became.
