My mother had a small calendar With a page for each day of the year. Each page would have a saying To brighten one's day. A few that I jotted down, To be remembered this day - People are certainly peculiar - They want the front of the bus, The back of the church, And the middle of the road. Before you have an argument with your boss, Take a good look at both sides - Their side and the outside. The last word in an argument Is what the wife says. Anything a husband says after that, Is the beginning of another argument.
