Waking up each morning
starts a new adventure
as the day unfolds.
The miles we travel
always hold something different,
even the people we encounter.
Some are rude and arrogant,
but most are friendly
and will help a stranger
who passes their way.
Some even become
long distant friends
who you hope to meet
again and again,
as your days greet
new adventures throughout your life.
