If there is anyone
who would seem
to have a good
reason to be joyless,
it would be Nick.
And yet he has
chosen to embrace
his life and the
possibilities it offers
as well as the gifts
hidden in his suffering.
(Nick was born without arms and legs.
He proclaims to the world
I love life.)
