Not the shadow,
Not the light,
It is poetry
And we live therein.
We live
And we live.
Poetry is the basis
All we care for.
We write
And we use poetry
For living,
And living is nothing
But all poetry
And everything.

India, my home
And I am rich,
No one can match.
India, my home
Come and see.
Let me say
I care not,
You love
Or you hate.
I am sure
You have to admit
What I am
And how I have
Kept all truth with me.
