I noticed long ago when I try to use compassion to conquer anger…
my anger dissipates…
So…
I try to use laughter to conquer sadness
I try to use love to conquer hate
I try to use acceptance to conquer fear
wherever I may go
I try to use kindness to conquer cruelty
I try to use joy to conquer woe…
I am not always successful
but I'll keep trying to reach these goals…
trying keep tenderness in my heart
and hope within my soul.
