Forty Words:
An evergreen tree is nature's dear 'Laurel'
With pale yellow flowers and shining leaves.
The chosen one... A beauty queen
When Poet Laureates capture the scene.
The distinctive honour brings good cheer
And stays with the poets, year after year.
