leaves with an amber hue
God's paintings from
days of old.
I give Him all of my heart
as do the sheep in the wold
Autumn always is true
such beautiful colours
unfold.
October days now depart
as His story of Fall is told.
Treasures from out of the blue
'glory unceasing'
to behold.
