How could he have known which path to take? Yet, he journeyed with certainty, Through a blinding snow he seemed to know I'm the one..... and found his way to me His guiding star was steady and true While he searched for what he could not see, And with its bright glow, it let him know, I'm the one..... yes, his star shined on me He found my heart crying in the dark Amidst thorns and strangling weeds, In a loving way I heard him say I'm the one...... the only one he needs And the stars danced across the heavens, (Angels know what they can allow) Like the birds in Spring, you'll hear me sing I'm the one..... I belong to him now I'm sure he's loved others before me, But when his lips to mine are pressed, I only see what was meant to be, Now, I'm the one that his love has blessed
