As we go about our busy day Sometimes we seem to forget About taking care of ourselves And later on we have regrets Not only do we have to remember To keep our body healthy But our spiritual side is important too Whether poor or very wealthy We have to nourish our soul So easy to just let it slip We lose control sometimes And kind of lose our grip Having ‘Faith’ is so important To depend on someone who is strong And God is always the answer With Him you truly belong Let’s take a moment to pause For we can count on God each day Just stop our busy schedule Close our eyes and softly pray In church we enter God’s house Where He draws us close to Him Eases the realities of life As we hear a sacred hymn!
