The fair is one of the places
That you never ever tire of
You can walk around for hours
With the lovely blue sky above
You meet so many people
Old friends from school too
“Hey, how ‘ya doing? ”
They wave and yell at you
Displays are so much fun
Aren’t folks so ingenious?
Pies and cakes and cookies
With wonderful sweet ingredients
It’s summer time and I hope you
Enjoy while on the run
The exciting and yearly
