Isn’t Autumn Grand?

Last winter we had lots of snow And our share of rainy days Our world was cold and damp But I knew it wouldn’t stay that way I enjoyed the spring so very much New buds of leaves and flowers I didn’t mind at all that we had The moisture of gentle showers Summer came on blazing hot Too hot at times for me I enjoyed all the green foliage and Bright flowers and bumblebees But autumn is here with smells and sights That make sure our life is not bland There’s crunchy leaves in brilliant colors Oh my, isn’t autumn grand?
