Lying, waiting, to
be found and captured
prisoner of war
As the bullit hit
the body fell onto the ground
and kissed the earth goodbye
The bombarding sound has silenced
the war has ended
but the scars remain
The enemy within
is not willing to forgive
everlasting hatred
Ingraved on a tree
by the war memorial
perpetual peace
