Calling Yourself

You call yourself a Christian To everyone who will listen, But, in your yard there are signs of hate Judging those different than you, their fate. On your car you placed a bumper sticker At others different than you, you mock and snicker And what others than you and believe in You call it wrong, and also a sin. Now you placed a large sized poster To your own belief you will bolster, And then you'll also make an online post So, those different than you, you will roast. Then you will go political As you mock and harass your foes as critical, Hate you have been constantly quoted On how anyone different from you had voted. A Christian you still do proclaim But, truly that's only in name, You never follow the Bible's teachings You never adhere to the New Testament preachings. Here is what is hypocritical and also sad As you ridicule, mock, judge and make others mad, You never speak or boast of Jesus's redemption and love Given to our Savior, by God above. Randy L.
