Goodbye 2020

Goodbye, I happily say to 2020 Heartaches and pain it has given me plenty, I am so happy and excited for this year to go As I also happy to say goodbye to the cold and snow. It has been such a terrible, terrible year 2020 had brought the worst with sadness and fear, Racism, bigotry and a deadly virus is all that year brought This are not the dreams none of us had wished for and sought. I am also sick of a year of lies and cheating I just hope and pray in 2021 those actions wont be repeating, 2020 has been such a terrible and awful year for me And not once for love did did 2020 answer my plea. I have been lied to, cheated on and robbed and used While I suffered, others were happily amused, I truly hope and I pray that 2021 is not a repeat I don't again want to be dealt another broken heart and defeat. In the cooked cabbage I am placing a silver dollar Hopefully this coming New Year I won't scream and holler, I am hoping and praying 2021 won't be any worse 2020 in my opinion was nothing more than a nightmare and a curse. This year has been an enemy and not once a friend I am so happy and relieved that its tenure soon will end, Tonight I am so excited to welcome the New Year 2021 I am more than happy that you 2020, will finally be gone.
