I'm Coming Home

I'm coming home From the days that I did roam, The wind behind me has blown I'm coming home. Will anyone be there When I arrive home from the air, Will anyone had thought about me or missed me Will anyone want to hold and kiss me. When I come through those gates Will there be any dates, And will there be at least one tear Because, I wasn't here. When my plane does land Will there be any woman excited to hold my hand, Not because of a wallet in my pocket And not even for a gift or a locket. And while I am now sitting and writing I wished that she was waiting for a sighting, Because soon I will be landing I wish in the waiting area she'd be standing. I'm coming home From the days that I did roam, I thought of her while I was alone I'm coming home. Randy L. McClave
