See You Soon

I was at the graveyard about noon Then I heard a voice saying, "I'll see you soon", I then started questioning myself why And frighteningly I thought, was I going to die. That night I tried my best to go to sleep But, I kept thinking that my soul wasn't mine to keep, Then I looked out upon the moon As I remembered the voice saying, "I'll see you soon" That night for me was filled with only fear Was my death I thought, really that near, Upon me was their placed a wicked curse And tomorrow, would I be in my Honda, or instead a hearse I went to the graveyard the very next day At the grave of my mother I then began to pray, Weeds around my mom's grave I then began to prune I then told her, "I guess I'll be seeing you soon". Inside the office I went to purchase myself a burial plot What else could I do, was my only thought, I then saw Deborah eating icecream with a spoon She smiled and said to me, "I told you that I'll see you soon".
