Songs of happiness belying feelings of sorrow and grief
just under the surface.
Eyes looking out, heart touching emotional upheaval,
attempting to hold it all in.
Musically keeping everything at bay, knowing just
around the corner of his mind are memories, totally
bittersweet of their son, gone from this life and
living another one without them.
Tears always flowing within, whether or not
experiencing the knowledge of it at every turn.
