Learning And Experiencing From Within

Those who think they cannot go on because of loss or sorrow close themselves off from everything around them, not want- ing to feel the pain of sadness, but it doesn't do away with its source. We must learn and experience it all from within, allowing it to touch our innate knowledge and wisdom where we will finally be able to find our way through it. Any tears that fall from our hearts are considered to be "tears of love", and their healing powers take our lives silently into an innate healing process, finally one day to be able to move through the darkness, seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.
