IT IS WRITING THAT I NEED
It is writing that I need
Whether it is a poem or not
Does not so much matter
I need to write
To concentrate
To feel the words come
To feel I am doing something
It may not be worth much
It may not be worth anything
But if I am writing it
At least this
My mind is focused
I am moving in my thought
I am alive
And doing something
It is writing that I need
Whether anyone else needs this or not
And whether or not it is a poem
I am alive
Writing this.
