Walking is a good outdoor sport You'll never rust or tire out Fresh air you freely inhale That'll keep you healthy n' hale Toxic air you unconciously exhale Lungs rid of impurities stale Strange vistas will unravel Over them you can marvel Many greet you on your way with smiles Make you forget the tedium of miles Limbs, on allowed more rest Body's natural rhythm, it will arrest When people are in brisk motion They would forget all commotion Walking relieves you of much tension And life will parade in new dimension
