- Copyright and takedown: Include the title, the poet and something that shows you hold the rights. That way we can settle it faster.
- Report a wrong record: The report button on a poem or poet page is the fastest route; it goes straight into the editors' queue.
- Poet claim: Claims are not taken by e-mail — use the Poet Claim screen in your member area.
- Personal data requests: Send data protection requests to the same e-mail address with "KVKK" in the subject line.
- Membership and payment: Quote your invoice number and we will find the record straight away.
