BUYER: A natural person who is a member of the site and buys a paid plan. The buyer's name, e-mail address and country are the details in the membership record; the invoice is drawn up according to them.

2. Subject of the agreement

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties concerning the sale and performance of the time-limited digital membership plan that the buyer purchases electronically through Versoem. The agreement is concluded the moment the buyer approves this text at the payment step.

3. The service sold

  • The service is a digital membership plan that gives access to the site; there is no physical shipment.
  • The scope of the plan, its term (monthly or yearly) and its fee are shown on the membership screen at the moment of purchase; the buyer sees this information before paying.
  • Taxes are included in the fees according to the rules of the channel through which the payment is taken. In sales made from abroad, the payment institution acting as the seller draws up the invoice in its own name.
  • Prices are as announced on the site. The announced price is the price valid at the moment of purchase; price changes for the following period are notified to the buyer before renewal.

4. Payment

  • Payment is made electronically through the channel chosen at the payment step. Card details are never kept on the site's servers; the payment page is the payment institution's infrastructure.
  • Payments made from Türkiye are taken in Turkish lira, and payments made from abroad in the currency the relevant channel collects. The amount to be charged and its currency are written on the screen before payment.
  • The plan does not open unless the payment is approved. If the bank or the payment institution refuses the transaction, the agreement counts as not concluded.
  • Automatic renewal happens only where the chosen channel supports it; on a channel without renewal the subscription ends by itself at the end of the period. Which case applies to you is written on your membership screen.

5. Delivery

The service is digital and is added to the buyer's account the moment the payment is approved; there is no courier or delivery process. The details are on the Delivery and Access Terms page.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in agreements concerning intangible goods performed instantly in the electronic environment and delivered instantly to the consumer. By approving this agreement at the payment step, the buyer accepts having given express consent to the instant performance of the service and knowing that there is no right of withdrawal.

In return, as a matter of its own commercial policy, the seller honours refund requests made within fourteen days of the purchase where none of the privileges the plan provides have been used. The terms are written on the Cancellation, Return and Refund Terms page.

7. Obligations of the parties

  • The seller undertakes to provide the service in accordance with the agreement and with reasonable availability.
  • The service may be interrupted briefly for maintenance, updates and technical necessities; foreseeable interruptions are announced in advance.
  • The buyer agrees not to share the account with anyone else and to abide by the Terms of Use. If the terms are breached, the account may be closed.
  • In cases of force majeure (natural disaster, infrastructure outage, change of legislation) the parties are not held responsible for failing to perform their obligations.

8. Personal data

The personal data processed during the purchase is processed as described in the Data Protection policy. Payment data is processed solely by the payment institution.

9. Settlement of disputes

The buyer may bring complaints and objections to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court of their place of residence, within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade. Before a dispute, writing to us from the contact page solves most problems faster.

10. Entry into force and applicable law

By approving this agreement at the payment step, the buyer confirms having read and accepted it. The agreement enters into force the moment the payment is approved and is stored electronically; a copy is sent by e-mail on request.

The agreement is subject to Turkish law. The Turkish text is the authoritative one; translations into other languages are for information, and in case of a dispute the Turkish text applies.
